Oversized Knit

Hi everyone!

What's up with your life today? ♥

I'm just doing some last minute reading for an exam I will have in ten hours, as well as enjoying my chai tea and watching some Gossip Girl. Due the studying - and me being a tiny bit sick - we haven't been able to start our run training yet, but we agreed to start on Saturday, when we don't have anything to go to. :) I'm so excited! I kinda started today at work though, as my lovely colleague T might say - she was watching me hop, skip, and dash everywhere like a crazy person. So, the running won't be the issue. But making time for it might be.

So, there might be a scheduled post every now and then - or a little delay on posting sometimes. But I'm not abandoning the blog, just trying to create balance to my life (though it sounds like I'm creating chaos, haha). Who doesn't need exercise? And another great news is that the shopping ban is going great. I haven't had the need for "relapsing" simply because there isn't anything I'd need. I must admit though that I'm still waiting a couple of packages I ordered before going to ban - which seriously feel like cheating because they arrive after going to ban. But, they will be my only packages for a while unless someone decides to give me gifts.

Still, I feel completely positive about the ban. I'm actually finally putting some items to the Shop My Closet page the coming weekend, so if you like my style, you can check it out for nice pieces in few days. I will figure out estimated postal costs, too, even though they don't show there yet. But stay tuned. ;)

Also, today I was going through some photos I have yet to post here, and found quite nice ones, even if I say so myself. There's a nail tutorial, a couple of recipes, some random shots of my life... And I think they will make nice posts for you.

Anyway, today's outfit is a very simple one I wore a while back (when I still could think of throwing my jacket off while taking photos), featuring this Fall's cool trend - oversized knit.

Oversized knit: Gina Tricot
High-waist jeans: Gina Tricot
Shoes: Boohoo.com
Necklace: anniversary gift from my fiance
Cross earring: JC
Charm bracelet: Thomas Sabo (gift from my fiance)
Faux leather jacket: H&M (studs DIY)
Bag: Mango

Very simple look, because I wanted this to be all about the sweater. I bought it in size L - though I'm size S - just to get the right fit. (and that way, I could buy it from sale, so I saved 50% of the price!) I paired it with simple black and silver elements to keep it casual but stylish. I don't know if you can tell, but I totally love the cross earring, and have it on in so many outfit photos. But it looks so unique I can't get enough of it. ;) What else could I say...

Oh yeah, in these photos you see me pretty much without any makeup. I had one of those days I really didn't feel like putting my face full of products. Hope I don't scare you, though! :D

Anyway, now I just want to hear your thoughts? What do you think about this look, and also, how would you style an oversized knit? Let me know! ♥

Now, I gotta study little more before getting some rest before the exam. Hope you're having a great week!

Blog ya later,

xoxo

Johanna

Totally understand how easily life can get busy.
As an athlete I will say to never give up running before you start again, it will be the best thing you ever do for yourself.
Love you and big hugs dear.
