And That's Who I am pt. 7

Hi babes!

Happy Sunday to you all ♥

Today is again time for another personality post, I don't have much blabbering in here due to last school deadlines, but starting next week I'll be a bit more active blogger. ;)

Anyway, let's just get straight to the facts (if you wanna see the previous ones, you can do so here: 1 2 3 4 5 6).

Bubble wrap, bubbles, bubble bath... If it has anything to do with bubbles, I love it. Nothing more to add.

I have many friends living there, and I appreciate their ice hockey culture a lot, I've heard many great things about the country - so yes, I would love to visit Canada some day. If you have travel tips for Canada, I'm glad to take it all in, so bring it! And my Canadian friends/readers, I'm very happy to hear anything you have to tell about the country!

No news there, I love to shop. Quite a lot.

Still, who doesn't? Tim Burton is probably one of the most talented people in the world, and as he most of the time collaborates with legends like Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter, it's no wonder he's movies are masterpieces.

Yet again, who doesn't? :D I can't wait to have Finnish strawberries with dark chocolate in the summer, they're my favorite treat ever!

I'm sometimes shy, and don't get every compliment said, but I really love giving people compliments. When you see someone's eyes lighting up when you tell them you like their top/earrings/necklace/new haircut/etc., it really makes you happy too. At least, if you're like me. I think people should give more compliments instead of always criticizing one another. Especially in the blogosphere, where anonymous haters spread their bad mood all over the place. But if you haven't already, try this out: when you go out shopping/clubbing/whatever the next time, look at people carefully. When you see someone with amazing style, nice bag or a fancy pair of shoes, tell them you like that. See how happy you can make someone with a single sentence.

I guarantee you, it's cool!

I have probably told you this before, but like so many others, I too dream of NYC. I know in my heart I will see the city some day in my life, that's totally meant to be. I just don't know when exactly will that be.

My biggest PC game love. Ever. I loved the original Sims, Sims 2, and definitely Sims 3. I'm sad that I haven't had the time to play any of those lately, but maybe in this month, as my work is still quite light as it is.

As many here might know, I have a soft spot for snail mail. I've been neglecting sending that kinda mail for months now (apart from couple exceptions) but I'm planning to do that more as well soon - as it makes me happy. :) It's amazing to send and receive postcards and letters, because they have so much more special feel to them than email or tweets or such.

Baking, cooking, grilling, eating, photographing food... If it has anything to do with food, I love it. Which probably shows a lot in my posts. I should get more active with my recipe blog as well, because I have lots of food photos for that in my laptop. ;) But more about baking... I love baking anything, I don't care if it's sweet or savory, big or small, easy or difficult - I'm just happy baking it. The only thing is that I should learn to cook smaller portions, as I'm constantly making a bit too much food. Anybody wanna come live with us, and eat our extra food? :D

So those are today's little facts - how many of you have similarities with me? Or, do you maybe have a different angle to any of the points? Start the conversation in the comments! ♥

Now, this girl is off to finish off her school reports, but I'll be back tomorrow with all new style related posts - can't wait to share them all with you!

Have a fabulous day ♥

Blog ya later,

xoxo

Johanna

  3. Oh, I feel as if I was reading about myself in relation to the complimenting people thing. I am so shy, as well, so I don't always vocalize the compliments that I have for people - but I absolutely love to!

And postcards! And The Sims {I played that game for up to 8 hours a day when I was younger}! And bubbles! Honestly Johanna it is crazy how much we have in common - I love it! :)
