Leopard vs. Lace

Hello lovelies!

Have you had a nice weekend so far? ♥

I'm still away from my computer, but I wrote this one ready for you beforehand so that you'd have something fun to read while I travel. It's yet another nail art thing, and this time there's a design that's very dear to me.

This first design is actually of my wedding nails, and I totally loved these a lot. Never mind the flaky looking tan there, it looks worse on these pics than it actually was. And yes, I did my nails myself even for the big day.

These were actually something I could've worn anyway, but they were also a perfect match to my coral dress (which I need to show you, but we still haven't gone through the wedding pics properly, yikes!). I went for the safe choice, leopard print, which never gets old to me.

Polishes I used were China Glaze Flip Flop Fantasy, Gossip Over Gimlets, Liquid Leather and Essie Set In Stones. The rhinestones are from Born Pretty Store and the leo print was done with dotting tool.

The other one is also a summer design, which actually got inspiration from the youtuber Shaaanxo's nails she had some weeks ago. As she lives on the other side of the world, she had actually winter nails, but as I like to break the rules, I decided to create grey nails for summer. Because why not.

Now, I don't know if lace is the right term to these, but that's kind of what they remind me of. So we'll go with that.

The polishes I used were China Glaze Elephant Walk, Daisy Know My Name, White On White, Liquid Leather, Gossip Over Gimlets and Make Up Store Greta. The details were painted with thin nail art brush and dotting tools.

So there, designs with a little neon to them, as I've loved my brights this summer a lot. I'm guessing that won't go away even if the autumn starts, but hopefully you won't mind.

What do you guys think about these designs? Let me know in the comments below!

That's all I have for you today, but hopefully I'll have a new little post for you tomorrow. Also, remember to check my social media for photo challenges, random updates and more. I'll see you all very soon with another post.

Have a fantastic start for the new week ♥

  1. The first one is sexy and fancy and the second one modern and classy in the same time. I couldn't choose just one favorite because both of them are gorgeous!
