Valentine's Nails With Born Pretty Store #1

Hello lovelies! How are you today? ♥ Who else loves all the pink things everywhere now that Valentine's Day is approaching? I know do. That's why today, I'm partnering up with Born Pretty Store to bring you some nail art inspiration for the holiday around the corner.

So today's manicure is this pink number with shattered glass effect and leopard print. I loved creating this and trying out the shattered glass for the first time. I had never ever tried making it, but I think it went okay.

I thought a leopard heart with glitter placement around it would be cute for these nails. I've never done this before but I think it went okay. This will definitely be done again this spring in some colors.

The polishes I used for this mani were all by China Glaze: Glow With The Flow as the pink base, Kalahari Kiss for the leopard print base and Liquid Leather for the spots. The studs, glitter and foil were all from Born Pretty Store.

As I mentioned, this post is in collaboration with Born Pretty Store, so lastly I'm giving you some thoughts about one of their products that was sent to me for review.

It's Holographic Nail Foil in design #165. This was a quite plain one (meaning it has no pattern, but it's still pretty and holographic. I had been curious to try the shattered glass thing, so when BPS contacted me for a product review, this was an easy choice.

In the picture above, you can somewhat see how pretty the foil is. There are different ways to use these, all of which I try to cover during this year. Today, I chose to share the results of shattered glass method. For that, the foil was definitely easy to use. You just cut tiny pieces that resemble glass, and stuck them on a sticky polish. Very simple and doesn't take too much skill. I felt the foil was easy to handle, and it looked like it did on the website, so I'm a happy customer. For the price of $1.99, this doesn't even break the bank.

But in case you find other fun stuff from their site, feel free to use code JOHH10 to get 10% off your purchase. Take note that the shipping might take a little while due their location, but with or without blog connection, my items have always gotten to me safely and I really like the quality of the nail artr items. I will be doing more nails for V-day with their products soon, so stay tuned if you'd love to see more.

What do you all think about these nails? Let me know in the comments!

I'm off to bed now, but I'll be back tomorrow with another post so we will stay on schedule. In the meantime, follow me on Instagram and other social media platforms for more fun.

Have a lovely day ♥
