Today, I really wanted to share some beats and motivation with you. You probably know how I've been exersizing more this spring and summer and have gotten into a bit better shape too. I can admit that even though I love working out, and I love the feeling I get from it, it's sometimes hard to find the motivation to get myself out and moving. But the best motivation for me is to get my headphones on and get running. (Which is my favorite workout along with the Victoria's Secret programme.)
So below are ten choices from my workout playlist, so you can see what gets my motivation up and bum moving:

There is plenty more music I run to as well, but these are the ones I listen to most often. They aren't all too appropriate, and not very girly and happy-go-lucky, but I'm the type of girl who needs that attitude and rock and adrenaline to get the best result out of the workout so this is the type of music I listen to. Even when not running.
