Gluten-free Pizza - Fast and Easy Recipe

Happy Thursday babes! Who else is so ready for the weekend? Because same, haha. It’s been quite the week of balancing all the different things, but I’m very motivated to pull through it all to get to the well-deserved weekend finally. I was planning on celebrating Valentine’s Day with a friend by having a coffee in a local place (for context, in Finland V-Day is more of a friendship day and I love that for us), but we found out today that won’t happen this year. But hey, that’s how things are for the foreseeable future with most meetings.

Today I figured I’d share one of my favorite recipes with you, and that is homemade pepperoni pizza. Now, I know some of you reading this are vegan or vegetarian, so when it comes to toppings, you can either swap them out to vegan alternatives or come up with a completely different set of toppings.

12 Days of Christmas: At Home Hot Beverage Bar for a Small Space

Have you already gotten your home ready for the holidays? Because we sure have. There are some finishing touches I still want to do before I'm 100% happy with it all, but mostly we are done and can just enjoy the holiday vibes.

Before starting to decorate our place, I admittedly watched way too many "Decorate with me for Christmas" videos, and one of them showed this adorable holiday coffee station that was set on a side table with holiday mugs and all that jazz. That made me want to have a cute beverage bar too, however our space is super limited so a whole table for that is not currently an option (but a girl can dream, right?).

So, I did a smaller version, and will happily share mine with you, so maybe you can also create your own.

Let's get right to it:

Unicorn Brownies

Oh my gosh am I late with this post. I meant to put it up last week, but so much has been up in my life that honestly I struggle keeping up with everything. But since I am baking these again today, it feels appropriate to post the recipe for you as well. The original recipe (in Finnish) is from K-Ruoka and you can check it out here (click!), but I did mine gluten-free as necessary, and the modified recipe can be found below in English.

I had a ton of fun baking this and it turned out so well, which is uncommon for me if I just switch the flour instead of finding an actually gluten-free recipe to follow.

Trying Victoria's Secret Models Inspired Diet - The Results

I know I promised this post to be up so much earlier. I'm sorry about the delay, but let's make this more useful one since it's late, okay?

This diet/exercise regime has actually brought a lot of good into my life. And that's what I will be talking about today. I'm hoping this post will inspire you to do a better life choice today, no matter what that will be and how small one it will be. And it doesn't have to be about weight at all.

Trying Victoria's Secret Models Inspired Diet For 2 Weeks - The Start

Lately it seems there has been a bit of a wave of "I tried ___ diet for a week" type of videos on YouTube, especially from Blair Walnuts. And that inspired me to try out a diet that is inspired by the kind of one Victoria's Secret models claim they follow. I gave myself an easier time with the dinners, because we eat the same food as dinner with my boyfriend and it doesn't make sense sustainably that we cook different meals just because of the challenge. But my breakfast, lunch and snacks were determined by the VS meal plans I managed to find on the Internet.

Key Lime Pie (Easy & Gluten-Free!)

Happy International Women's Day! Today is a good time to share this recipe in case you want to bake something for the occasion - or you know, just really want something sweet. This was surprisingly easy even though I was nervous about making the meringue. If you just focus on what the recipe says, you can do this too.

Bake With Me: Chocolate Chip Cookies

This time of the year, when you might be together with family and/or get surprise guests at the door, having an easy recipe in hand may be useful. That's why I'm reminding you of an easy, but classic one; Chocolate chip cookies! I found a recipe through Kinuskikissa (linked after the image), and just made it into a gluten-free one.

Bake With Me: Gingerbread Brownies (gluten-free & dairy-free!)

My mom linked me this recipe last month, and it sounded so amazing I just had to try making it. And I actually had the perfect time to do so about month ago, when my boyfriend's sister was visiting us. I've seen the same kind of pastries being currently sold in cafes, so this might be somewhat popular in Finland right now. Maybe. Not that I'm the one to know anything about trends since I kind of don't care.

Blogoween: Halloween Popcorn

As promised, today we're making a popcorn treat for Halloween. I like creating these mix and match type of popcorn snacks, as they are super quick and easy, and they can be made suitable for all the diets - unless someone's allergic to corn, of course. Popcorn is a good snack ingredient since it's not very unhealthy (I cook mine without any oil, even), it can be made into both savory and sweet, and the kernels are very inexpensive.

Blogoween: Sorting Hat Cupcakes (Gluten-free!)

Happy Friday my loves! Today has been a good day because Amaranthe released their new single "Inferno" - which is a killer song, and if you haven't heard it yet, please stop reading and go put it on to the background while reading this post. You'll love it. Like I hope you'll love this little food post I have for you today.

Blogoween: Pumpkin Donuts

It's weekend, so what better way to spend it than making (and eating) treats. In today's post, I will teach you and easy recipe for cute and tasty Halloween donuts!

Seriously Strawberry Frappuccino - Dairy Free Way

Since it's been a hot minute I've tried making Starbucks drinks at home, I figured I should do it now and maybe blog the experience in case anyone out there wants to try this out too. In Finland the weather has been super hot so I was not in the mood for hot drinks - or even coffee - today, and therefore decided to recreate a strawberry frappuccino. In a dairy-free way, in case my plant-based and vegan friends want to make some too.

Gluten-free Gingerbread House

One of the most exciting things around holidays is definitely the holiday treats. Around Christmas, I love gingerbread maybe more than anything. So it's probably no wonder I was determined to make some gluten-free gingerbread on my own, but I also challenged myself and made a whole gingerbread house from scratch.

Halloween 2017: Harry Potter Inspired Snacks

Hey lovelies! How are you today?♥

I'm so in the Fall mood this week and very excited about all things Halloween. I actually dug out my decorations already and will be putting them up during the weekend. Much to my mum's pleasure I'm sure because she's coming over and is not much of a Halloween person. But she knows I love Halloween so I think we're good.

Today, instead of costume like I was planning, I have a food post for you. So let me present you, Harry Potter inspired snacks for your Halloween party. Or you know, Harry Potter movie night.

Tasting Burgers at Friends & BRGRS

Hey lovelies! How are you today? ♥ It's been a hot minute since I last blogged, and I've been dealing with a ton in my everyday life so I had to take a moment away from the blog. Last week, however, I had an amazing opportunity which reminded me of most of the things I love about blogging. Like meeting new people.

I was kindly invited to Friends & BRGRS Tampere to taste their menu and learn about their restaurant in general. Anyone who knows me knows that I love food, so I absolutely had to find the time to go.

Foodie Post: Autumn Mochas

Hey lovelies! How are you today? ♥ I can't believe it's weekend again since it feels like the week has gone so, so fast. But I'm really happy to have a couple of days to sleep in and rest so that I can get rid of this darn flu soon. Today, I've had time to create two new Halloween looks and I can't wait to show them to you all. I'm a couple of posts short of having all ten Halloween looks either posted or as a draft so I'm honestly super happy abut the October content this year.

In case you're not a Halloween person though, I have another more normal post for you:

Foodie Post: Rainbow Drinks

Hello lovelies! How are you today? ♥ As promised, we will now get back to the regular topics in the posts, starting with these drinks so many people have been raving about this summer. Yes the Starbucks rainbow drinks. I found easy recipes for making these at home via Popsugar, and decided to try if they actually work. They do. Below, you can see how they turned out.

Montreal Diaries: Sloths, Flowers and Italian Food

Hello lovelies! How are you today? ♥ I've been keeping quite busy with work and life lately - like yesterday when I had to reorganize my closet after 10pm - so I'm sorry for not having had enough focus on the writing. I've been quite an active instablogger though, so if you want to see more of me, Instagram is the way to go (I'm @silvertigo there, and so into posting to the stories section - so much more me than Snapchat, not that I hate SC in any way, shape or form).

Today, I'm eager to share our adventure in the Montreal Biodome and its surroundings.

Montreal Diaries: Landscapes and Raccoons

Hello lovelies! How are you today? ♥ See, it didn't take me two weeks to get back to blogging. I'm improving little by little. Hopefully soon we can also get to the more normal and regular posts because they are so much faster to edit and post than the travel ones. For me at least.

Today, I'm taking you to Mount Royal and the surroundings. So hop on and let's get to it!

Montreal Diaries: Race Day Moments

Hey lovelies! How are you today? ♥ This summer I've been such a lazy blogger, not really photographing my outfits too much and also not having the willpower to sit in front of a computer on my free time. But I'm getting so itchy about writing that I have to really start blogging more. And taken how the weather has been lately, it's easier to get a grip and write a little something.

Today, we will continue the Montreal trip. There will be few more posts about it, and I hope you will like them. But don't worry, we'll get back to regular posts pretty soon too. And I've been working on some future posts too so that there will be something a bit new.

But like I said, today we can go through new Montreal pics and you can get a bit of an idea what the race day was like.
