Hey lovelies!
How are you all this Wednesday? ♥
I just got home from a couch-hunting trip (no success, yet, we'll try again next week) and soon I'll be off to work. Hectic. And I'm on a break, for heaven's sake. :D
Later today I will bake some goodies, and enjoy some episodes of Sex and the City. Life's good.
What are you all up to today?
Okay, anyways, I didn't really have anything in particular to say, just wanted to come and post the last manicures of the manicure challenge.
31-day Manicure Challenge
#28 Inspired by a flag
As there are hundreds of choices (and more, when you count in the ones that aren't for a country, but something else), it was hard to choose what to do. But since July, I had wanted to do American flag inspired nails. So, stars and stripes it was.
Of course, I still have some perfecting to do with my technique, but I'll get there. ;)
#29 Inspired by supernatural
I obviously had Halloween on my mind while doing these, but... Oh well. As a true Twilight/True Blood/House of Night/etc. fan, I simply had to do vampire themed nails. I might redo these this month, so if you'd like a tutorial, let me know. ;)
It was all about details here, the fangs and the cross were the base for this nail art. And this was the way I could rock the burgundy trend, as it doesn't look good on me in clothes. Or at least, not near my face, anyway.
#30 Inspired by a tutorial
I admit, I got a little lazy with this nail art. I didn't bother to look for a new, exciting tutorial, but instead used a technique I already knew. So this was inspired by the first leopard mani tutorial I ever saw - too bad I can't remember what it was.
As you can see, this is pretty neutral for my nails, but I loved it so, so much. I hate the fact that they are a bit messy, but my nail art pen really got the best of me here. (After this, I have simply used dotting tools and nail art brushes with a quality polish.) I hope it looks any nice, though.
So, time for your judgement. What do you think about these manicures? And what is your favorite? Leave your thoughts on the comment box! ♥
I'll be off to work soon, but I'll be back soon with fun new posts. ;)
Hope you're all having a fabulous week!
Blog ya later,
xoxo
