Hello lovelies!
How are you all? ♥
We're finally back from our trip, and I have so, so many pictures to show to you. So, for the next few days, I will be walking you through our fun days in Germany - or should I say: Deutschland.
Without further blabbering, let's get started!
We stepped on the plane on Wednesday morning, and in couple of hours, we were in Frankfurt. We tried to sleep on the plane, but didn't really manage to do that. Nevertheless, it was cool to be flying after such a long while.
Once in Frankfurt, we went to get train tickets for the week, and headed to Neu-Isenburg, where our hotel was located. We probably should've gotten a hotel a bit closer to Hockenheim, but you know, we got a good deal for the one we were staying in.
Cute Neu-Isenburg.
Before check-in, we went to the nearby shopping mall to get some food and spend time. The mall had all this kind of balloon things around, which I was going to take pictures of (more than of these dinos), but we never had the time for that later on. But there were vikings, pirate ship, and so on. Pretty cool if you ask me.
After the check-in, we crashed for a couple of hours, and then it was right about dinner time - so we headed to the main street to find a place to eat. There was this great Italian restaurant, Ristorante Tonino, which served amazing food, and which also had such a lovely staff working there.
Lovely starters they brought us - even if I only could eat the olives.
The best risotto I've ever tasted! And the cool thing was, it was actually all veggies and no meat. I need to learn to make some myself.
And then the huge piece of meat my man had. I had a bite of it, and I must say it was pretty heavenly as well. If we ever go back, I want to go to that restaurant again. Go try that out if you're in the area.
Back in the hotel we admired the view and took some outfit photos.
Dress: secondhand Sneakers: Boohoo Necklaces: Gina Tricot, H&M Ring: JC Bracelets: Seppälä, Nelly.com, Accessorize, Gina Tricot
A simple look for the first day - I had a different one for the flight but changed into this nicer one for the dinner and such.
Let me know what you think about this look in the comments!
Happy camper.
Short after this, we went to bed, as the next morning we had plans to go see places. More about that on the next post!
I sincerely hope you guys liked this post, more will be up very soon ♥
Have a fabulous day, darlings!

Frankfurt looks amazing and so beautiful. I really love that dress you're wearing. All the pink looks great.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I love that dress too - can you believe it's secondhand? ♥
DeleteHow adorable are those balloon dinosaurs?! Also pertinent...loving your zebra-print dress!!
ReplyDeletexx
I know, I loved them too! And thank you, I really like the print as well ♥
DeleteVery cute outfit! I've been to Frankfurt a couple of times but not for ages. I think my last stay was in 2005 or 2006? I really want to go back to Germany again. I just wish it wasn't so far away from Australia and therefore so expensive :(
ReplyDeleteAww, hopefully you'll get a great deal for flights soon ♥ I for one would love to visit Australia, I'm so fascinated by the country. :)
