Fruit Smoothie
2 servings
1 peach (peeled, diced)
1 dl (0,4 cups) raspberries
1,5 dl (0,6 cups) orange juice
1 banana
0,5 dl (0,2 cups) ice
Put everything in blender, and pulse through until smooth.

Today it's time for a super quick post, as I'm just sharing a super simple smoothie recipe I loved doing a while back when testing our new blender for the first time. This on makes a nice dessert, breakfast or even a light lunch, and it helps out if you have a bad craving for sweets but don't want so much (added) sugar.

So there, a fun quick recipe that's super easy to do. I love smoothies and will start doing those more in the summer as we get more domestic goods to use in it. So stay tuned for more recipes!

DeleteOij tämä oli mukava postaus! Itselläkin on tulossa postaus mun vakio smoothie reseptistä pian! Tosin siinä on pohjana maustamaton jukurtti niin onko se silloin smoothie..?:'D Kesällä tulee varmasti tehtyä myös mehupohjaisia, odottelen innolla lisää reseptejä sulta. Saapi vähän vinkkejä;)
ReplyDeleteKyllähän smoothiessa voi hyvin olla jogurttia :) Mä luulen että monia sekoittaa toi Suomessa käytettävä fruitie, jolla viitataan noihin mehupohjaisiin/maidottomiin. Oon ite ainakin sen kanssa ollut ulapalla mut nykyään sanon vaan kaikkia smoothieiksi :D Mukava kuulla että ohjeet kiinnostaa, pistän blenderin useamminkin käyttöön ensi kuusta alkaen! ♥
