Hello lovelies! How are you today? ♥ I had a hairdresser appointment after about six months, and it feels so good to have a fresh color! Pictures can be seen on my Instagram, and of course later here on the blog as well. Today, I think it's time for a little cosmetics review after a while:
So, a while back I got these two lip creams from Makeup Revolution. I was not very familiar with what lip creams are like before getting these, but lately I've been trying them out and loving them a lot!
The two shades I chose to buy were Move Your Mouth Forever (lighter one) and Can't We Just Make Love Instead (the darker one). Both of them are quite neutral shades and I figured I would get a lot of use out of them. The smell of these reminds me of some pastry - sweet pastry, that is - but I can't quite name which one that is. Also, the consistency is very soft and creamy.
Move Your Mouth Forever is light beige kind of nude, with a little peach to it. It's a cute and wearable shade which needs quite a bit of layering so that it doesn't stay too streaky. That is, if you want it to be opaque. If not, you can get quite neat finish with one or two coats.
Can't We Just Make Love Instead is peachy kind of color too, except darker than the first one. I've been absolutely loving this shade the past week, it's very easy to wear and it is quite cute. This one hits quite close to my natural lip color in the natural light, so it's definitely a go-to shade at the moment.
I would definitely recommend these lip products, as they are soft on the lips, apply nicely and they look really cute on. I think I will pick up other shades later on since these two are so lovely. These don't really last all day on if you eat or drink or kiss, but they handle applying more layers throughout the day very well.
