Hello lovelies! How are you today? ♥ I've been focusing on family and work for the few days, but today I'm bringing you the next edition of Montreal Diaries. Today, I take you with us to watch a bit of qualifying but also to explore the island where the F1 race is held every year.
Being super happy to head to the track.
New kind of Red Bull - for free!
View from the hotel room window. You can see the amusement park which is quite near the race track.
I was (and kind still am) obsessed about the faux fireplace in our room.
Monster Compound by the track. They had a lot of events there and gave away a ton of free Monster drinks. Which was a good deal for a caffeine addict like me.

We were sitting right across the Ferrari pits, so we could see Kimi Räikkönen and Sebastian Vettel a lot.
Someone got a nice little beer.
The Casino of Montreal looked very flamboyant, and we would've loved to go there but it seemed to have mostly VIP people there so we decided to leave that to another time. But it is a cool building nevertheless.
On the island there was also this gorgeous beach that seemed like a perfect place to spend time and have a picnic. If we were there some other time than on race weekend, we would've probably gone for a swim.
Lastly, some more snapshots from the race track. I seriously got a ton of these, so I will share few, but don't worry, I try to keep it interesting even for those not following the sport.
