Super late upload today as the cat was feeling under the weather yesterday, and it stressed me out to the point that I couldn't handle prepping this post. Sorry about that, but as you understand, my cat means more than any blog post. However, today I want to share two very different nail designs with you. Yes, you heard it. Two.
Why two in this post, you ask? Because the first set here wasn't enough in my opinion to be its own post, but I knew I could easily make a second one and then it would be more valuable as a post. The problem was to find the time, but today I had a moment to do the second design.
Like said, this first one is fairly simple glitter gradient with one base color and two different glitter polishes, made into a gradient. Gradient can be done with a sponge, but also with the brush you have in the polish bottle. Whichever is easier for you.
The polishes used for this were Dawn of the New Reign, Glitter Goblin and Rest In Pieces by China Glaze, along with my favorite base coat and top coat by Glisten & Glow.
The other design is a bit more complicated, but you don't need any tools for this either. I wanted to do something playful but somewhat stylish with Halloween colors. So, this is what I created.
This caviar polish is something I haven't used in a bit, so it was fun to play around with it and include it in a design.
The polishes used for this one were Stoked To Be Soaked, Liquid Leather, Loco-Motive and Razzle Me Dazzle Me by China Glaze and Belugaria by Essie. The v-shape in the middle finger was freehanded with the polish' own brush so no, you don't need tools for that either.
What do you think about these designs? Let me know in the comments!
That's all for today's post, and tomorrow, we'll be crafting some decorations again. So stay tuned for that, and I'll see you all tomorrow!
Have a lovely day ♥
