If you’re like most people that don’t like the taste of water and have a hard time drinking it then fruit infused water is a great way to incorporate it in your diet. It’ll also help make sure that you drink enough water throughout the day. There are plenty of ways you can make infused water. All you need is some fruit. You can take lime, mint leaves, cucumbers, watermelons, raspberries etc. basically just any fruit that you love and add that to some chilled ice water, stir it and let it sit in the fridge overnight so it can absorb the flavors. Remember to refill the jug when you leave for work or school to enjoy a whole pitcher of refreshing and delicious infused water later.
