We're Going To...

Hello lovelies! How are you today? ♥ It's 7 days until the takeoff to our trip, and I'm finally having the time to sit down and tell you where we're going next week. So, without further ado, let's get to it:

Who can tell the name of the destination by just looking at the picture above? I'm guessing quite many out there. Yes, we're going to Montreal, Canada, and it will be my first ever trip overseas. I'm very, very excited to go and have started packing already. This will kind serve as a honeymoon we didn't get to have last summer when we actually got married. I can't believe I've been a wife almost a year now, it's kind of amazing to have that deep of a connection with someone that you actually change your last name for them and start being a family of two. But that would be a whole another post, so let's just stay on the point.

We chose Canada, because both of us have always wanted to go there, and Montreal was a natural choice because:

F1 Montreal
I don't know how many of you have read our story I wrote here a long time ago, but we actually met because we both love watching Formula 1. My high school friend (and later maid of honor) introduced me to F1 since she had watched it forever with her dad. And later, she had found this online community my hubby was moderating back then, and urged me to join as well. I did, and we got to talking with my man. And eight years later we've gotten from friends to spouses, and are going to watch a race together overseas.

So yes, our main focus may be F1, but we have quite a bit longer trip ahead since we will be traveling for couple of weeks. I'm sure Montreal will offer a ton to see and to do since it is such a big city, but I would definitely be up to checking out neighbouring towns if we happen to have loads of spare time. I've actually taken time to create all sorts of lists about gluten free restaurants, sightseeing, shopping and so on, and I hope we get to go through most of them.

Packing

And obviously, I started packing by listing everything I need to pack and planning my outfits. For once, I think I actually managed to keep things nicely light. Picture above is what I plan to taking with me clothingwise. Excluding shoes, accessories and intimates. And my moto jacket, which of course is a must. Can you see how nicely they all go to a color scheme? I'm actually super proud of this set up to be honest. It may sound silly to some, but I plan on blogging and vlogging and such as much as I can, and I would love to avoid looking like a hot mess most of the time.

So that's it, we're going to Montreal and it's going to be very exciting. I'm can't even imagine what all we get to see and do there, and I'm also super fascinated to taste local foods. Now, if there are people out there who actaully know a thing or two about Montreal, I would love to know all about it!

Have you been to Montreal or near regions? Please leave your travel tips down in the comments so we can use them next week!

That's all I have for you today, more travel stuff will be up starting Sunday, when we will get to Helsinki to start our trip. I'm hoping to upload content on Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook as much as I can - and even some to Twitter, but I don't know how easily I can be able to reach Wi-Fi everywhere so we'll see. I'm also hoping to vlog a bit out there if my camera cooperates with me. I hope to get a proper video camera at the end of the summer so that I could start doing more video stuff and all, but for now, we'll have to do with my overheating one. But maybe with tiny clips I could actually create a bit of something for you. I would love to bring you video content as well!
But anyways, remember to follow one or more of my social media accounts for more updates- I will be having blog posts running too, but social media will be more up to date because the blog is scheduled for the next three weeks. (This week and couple of next ones.)

Have a lovely day ♥
