Finally getting back into photographing my nail designs. Which actually feels so fun because nail art is such a passion for me, like you know if you've been here for a while. Last year hit my creativity a bit, and even though I kept on painting, I haven't shared my art that much. That's something I want to change little by little, and what better time to start than today.
It's been a little while since I last painted roses by hand, but I was glad to see the skill is somewhat still there. Although I think roses are one of the easiest things to paint once you get the hang of it. (There are a lot of simple tutorials for it!) I enjoyed wearing this design a lot, and will probably do something else inspired by this before the summer ends.
The polishes I used for this design were by China Glaze: Five Rules as base, Let's Jam as the darker color for the roses and In A Lily Bit for the lighter details. As for the leaves, I used the shade Emerald Bae. The matte top coat is from Essie (Matte About You). I also used base coat and quick dry top coat by Glisten & Glow.
What do you think about this mani? And, what are you wearing on your nails today? Let me know in the comments below!
That's it for today's post, but I'll be back with another post really soon. I'm also happy to tell I've already started to prepare the Halloween time posts and I feel like I will be more proud of them than ever before. I'm planning on having a post for every single day of October, with variety of costumes, nail designs, DIYs and recipes. I hope you will like what I've been planning for you but of course before that, there will be a ton more content as there's two whole months and a week before that. Anyway, if you haven't already, please follow me on Instagram @silvertigo for more content - or @silvertigonails if you're only here for the nail stuff. I'll see you in the next one!
Have a wonderful day ♥
