Hello lovelies! How is your weekend going? I've been enjoying the day off and the company of my hubby, and even though the weekend has been shadowed by the events in Paris, it's been a lot fun. Which I think is what world needs, good vibes and fun - and love. So for that reason, I'm blogging today about easy-go subject with pretty pictures and as always, I'm hoping this will be a fun one for you. So let's see some nails, shall we?
First up are these cute polka dot and rose nails which I loved painting. I haven't done a design like this in a while, so combining these elements and colors was really fun.
Even the roses, I feel, came out really nicely. I always paint mine free handed, and especially in this pic you can really see the pattern I draw in them.
The polishes I used for this design were all by China Glaze: White On White, Rain Dance The Night Away, Feel The Breeze, Dune Our Thing and Treble Maker. I think I haven't actually mentioned my current top coat here. It's HK Girl by Glisten & Glow, which is such a good one because it dries fast, is super shiny, doesn't shrink, and is actually very affordable!
The next one is a stripes design in autumn colors. I really liked doing this since my tape game needs some practice to get perfect.
Also the colors are really something I liked about these nails. I did random stripes on each nail and kind of switched the places of the colors a bit.
The polishes I used for this design were China Glaze What's She Dune?, One Track Mind, Goldie But Goodie and Essie Thigh High. The stripes, as mentioned, were done with the help of striping tape.
That's it for the designs today, I hope you liked them and that they might have inspired at least one of you. I liked painting these a lot so it is fun to share them with you.
What do you think about these designs? And, what have you been wearing on your nails lately? Let me know in the comments below!
Now, I'm heading to bed as it's late already, but I will be back soon with another post. I have been planning a advent calendar kind of thing for the blog, and I would like to know what you guys think about that - and what you maybe would like to see there. Tell me your thoughts in the comments. For all sorts of little updates, follow me on social media (also you will get notified when a new post is up), and say hi so I can check you out too!
Have a lovely day ♥
The stripes one is amazing. I love the colours you used!
