White and Gold Nails

It's been a while since the last nail post, so I thought it was finally time for one. I'm trying out some things seen in my Born Pretty Store Haul, and I really liked playing with the bling although really could've done even better job with them. I hope they are inspiring nevertheless.

So the nails are kind of simple white ones with gold and rose gold glam on them. I was really feeling white nails when I did these, and I generally think shades of white look amazing on every hand. Somehow a white mani is always very sophisticated in my opinion.

Well, at least a plain white mani or a very understated white mani. This one herer can be seen as not so sophisticated because of all the bling but at least I had fun wearing them. Because you know, life is too short for boring nails as they say. Or at least as I say. To myself.

The thing I didn't like about these was that I had trouble with glueing down the bigger decorations which made me have too much nail glue on my nail and it got quite ugly. The light helps here a bit but you can still see some of it. Whoops.

The products I used for these nails were base coat and top coat by Glisten & Glow, Wedding Gown White by Glisten & Glow, Glitter Me This by China Glaze, Rock At The Top by Essie and rose gold rhinestones as well as gold and rose gold decorations from Born Pretty Store.

What do you think about these nails? And what's on your nails right now? Let me know in the comments below!

That's all for today's post, I hope you enjoyed this little nail post for the weekend. I've been on a roll with these posts for once and I'm hoping I can somewhat keep this up this year. Writing feels so good, and I have quite a bit of inspiration for new posts - which I think would be interesting for you all as well. The bucket list really pushes me to plan more and experience more, which in turn makes me more inspired and willing to write and photograph my thoughts and experiences. I'm truly hoping all that will create content you all will enjoy, but more importantly it makes me happy. I'll see you all in my next post and don't forget to follow me on Instagram (@silvertigo) for more content!

Have a lovely weekend ♥

  1. It looks wonderful but I know how hard it is to were charms or bigger rhinestones on the nails!

    1. Haha the struggle is real with them! These didn't last more than a day or two because of the charms. :D
