Red And Black

Hello lovelies! How are you today? ♥ I've been super focused on F1 and sports alltogether today, which has been quite a lot of fun. I went to a 4k run in the morning and that really started my day so, so well. Now, I'm trying to write things ahead so that I don't have to worry about the blog when I'm on holiday.  I have been shooting quite a bit of material so that we can make it through the couple of weeks I'm not here, but I still have to write all the posts. So there's a tiny challenge, but what wouldn't I do for you guys.

Today, I'm sharing this girly little outfit with you, and I'm really hoping you all like it!

Metal girl outfit

White Vest

Hey lovelies!

How are you today? ♥

I had a very fun work day and after that I've been focusing on crafts and blog stuff - and got to read other blogs after a great while, which was amazing. I've missed that a lot. Today, I just wanted to quickly share this office look with you. I wore this to work a while back and liked it a lot.

DSC09743 (Large)DSC09749 (Large)DSC09768 (Large)DSC09731 (Large)DSC09778 (Large)DSC09786 (Large)DSC09756 (Large)

Vest: Gina Tricot Shirt: gift from my mom Skirt: Gina Tricot Lace trimmed biker shorts: Gina Tricot Necklace: Gina Tricot Sandals: SpiritStore Bracelets: H&M Rings: H&M, Gina Tricot, Born Pretty Store

So this was a simple look for the office. I think this would've been great with black or white pumps, but I prefer flats at the office because they don't get my feet all sore. I also think the lace peeking from under the skirt was a fun detail, taken that the collared shirt and the leather vest can be though as masculine items. So contrasts. Or something.

What do you think about the outfit? Let me know in the comments below!

Now, I'm gonna go hit the bed so that I'll have enough energy tomorrow. I will be back soon with another post, so stay tuned for that - and in the meantime you can follow me on social media to see more frequent updates.

I love you all so much, have a fantastic day ♥

Iron Man ♥

Heya babes!

How are you all? ♥

So it was a bit crazy day today. I was at school until 7 pm, and I still feel I haven't recovered. The Russian lecture was literally too much for my head today. Anyway, I figured I'd post this outfit which I personally loved a lot.

 photo DSC01931Large.jpg photo DSC01973Large.jpg photo DSC01991Large.jpg photo DSC01933Large.jpg photo DSC01964Large.jpg photo DSC02001Large.jpg photo DSC01943Large.jpg

Skirt: Primark Top: New Yorker Tights: Asos Sneakers: Boohoo Bag: Mango Jacket: secondhand Scarf: Gina Tricot Rings: Gina Tricot Earrings: Gina Tricot

So there you go, an outfit built around my Iron Man print skirt which I seriously love (and I can't wait for the Spring to properly use it again). I tried to create something with a bit of retro type of vibe to it, but it's totally up to you if I managed to do that.

Let me know your thoughts about this look in the comments below!

Now, I gotta go catch some sleep. I have 6:30 am wake up, so I shouldn't even be typing this late. But, what can you do if there's only so many hours in a day and you have so much to do... (And, I gotta get the old posts over and done with before the Halloween ones.) I'll see you guys soon!

Have a lovely day ♥

Sporty Chic ♥

Hey lovelies!

How are you all? ♥

Hopefully you didn't miss me too, too much, but even if you did - here I am again. These couple of days have been pretty amazing at school, I've had so much fun with the girls in my new class and I feel very good about the group tasks they've handed us. I've never felt this confident in this school (probably because my body was so messed up before) and for the first time I truly feel like getting a degree actually sounds like something that could seriously happen. I actually feel happy even with the overly long Wednesdays I have.

Anyway, as I need to get to bed very soon, I'm just going to quickly show you a look I wore not too long before the school started. I really, really liked wearing this look and actually can't wait to transform this into a Fall look somehow.

Skirt: H&M Top: Bershka Shoes: Puma Hat: Red Bull Store Necklace: Gina Tricot Bracelets: DIY, Accessorize

Simple look I built around items I bought from Germany. I'm pretty obsessed with that cap and would wear it everywhere if my common sense didn't tell me otherwise. Luckily I also want to learn to do new hairstyles so I can let that be every once in a while. Not to mention it will soon be too cold for that hat.

Let me know your thoughts about this look in the comments below!

Now, I'm gonna go crash, I'm super tired and I should still get through one more school day. Luckily I have only three hours, so the day is pretty doable.

Have a lovely day ♥

Ruffled skirt ♥

Hello everybody!

How are you? ♥

This weekend we have been taking a little time for just us and so on, so again I've been pretty much the whole weekend away from computer. However, I did get three posts worth of stuff in the storage for you, so I guess that makes up for my absence. Also, today I started again the 30-day ab challenge (you know, the same one I did last year), only this time I'll do the first week fully with the day 7 numbers instead of starting from day 1. And with the help of my friend Adeola, I found some yoga stuff I will be adding to my daily life to make my body work better. I remember loving yoga in the past, so I believe it's such a great addition to my life.

I could talk about my exercise stuff for hours and hours - so if you want, I could try and write a post about it this month - but now it's really time to get on with today's post. Which is one with another outfit of the day.

Can you tell how short I am? Like really. Try to guess, according to this picture.

 photo DSC08745Large.jpg photo DSC08721Large.jpg

This was truly something I loved to wear, and I kinda wish I could dress more like this in the future.

Skirt: Oasap Leggings: Seppälä Knit: New Yorker Jacket: H&M Necklace: Boohoo Pearl bracelets: H&M, from mom "Love" bracelet: Born Pretty Store Belt: mom's old Booties: Boohoo

So there you go, a girly little look with high heels and all. This was so comfortable to wear - even the shoes - that I could easily put this on again any time.

What do you all think about this look? Let me know in the comments! ♥

Now, I gotta go hit the bed so that I can get up nice and early for my exercise and such. But I'll see you soon enough.

Have a fabulous day!

Florally Winter ♥

Well hello there lovelies!

How are you all doing? ♥

I've been a little MIA for some days but actually for a good reason, as I have been spending time with my loved ones, loading my mental batteries and such. But actually I also got around taking some outfit photos outside as it was sunny instead of the usual rain and clouds, which was so, so nice!

Anyway, today I wanted to share this little outfit I wore a while ago, but couldn't take photos outside because the weather was so cold and I couldn't imagine shooting this with a coat on.

So a simple outfit with one of my favorite skirts - even if it's homemade - and other elements I really, really like. I'm dreaming of sewing another skirt like that, as well as some other items, pretty soon, as I'll be having a week long holiday from work after a couple of weeks. But yeah, to the point... This was a nice outfit to hang out in, and it had a quite spring-y feeling to it, after the long, long winter, which is very nice.

What do you guys think about this look? ♥

Now, it's time for me to read some blogs, do my nails and play with my Wreck This Journal a bit and just chill out for the rest of the night. I'll see you very soon, though!

Have a fabulous day! ♥

Plaid & Fur ♥

Heya everybody!

How are you all? ♥

How many of you are super excited it's almost weekend? I know I am. This week has felt so long and yet I haven't had time for like anything. That's bizarre. Luckily it's Friday tomorrow (well, technically today as it is past midnight, but still), and one of our dearest friends, J, is coming to spend the weekend with us. We have many nice things planned and I hope I can catch some of it on camera as well. ;)

However today's business is simply to show you this outfit from earlier this month:

Fur vest: secondhand Shirt: Gina Tricot Plaid skirt: SpiritStore Bag: Boohoo Tights: Seppälä Boots: SpiritStore Necklace: Gina Tricot Bracelets: Gina Tricot

I had been itching to create a proper look with my "new" white fur vest, and this is what I came up with. I love that skirt a lot, but for some reason I don't wear it that often. The colors here are pretty typical for my wardrobe and that bag you have probably already seen too much of... :D But still, I really loved wearing this and could imagine wearing something similar again any time. Oh, and sorry for the mess of a hair, the wind got to it before we managed to take the pics. :D

Now I'd like to know what do you guys think about this look? ♥

Now, this girl needs to go get some sleep before waking up early(ish) to prep up the place a bit more for the weekend and Christmas. ;) I'll be reporting back to you as soon as I can.

Oh, and I'm preparing a fun giveaway for the time this blog hits 300 followers, so if you maybe have friends who would like my posts, or if you maybe haven't joined here as a reader yet, now is a great time to join in and be one of my lovelies. ♥

Have a lovely day!

Blog ya later,

xoxo

From the Archives ♥

Heya guys!

How are you all today? ♥

A brand new week has started and again it has brought all this positive energy with it. Believe it or not, I've learned not to hate Mondays so much. No, really, I'm being serious here. Past few Mondays have been the best days of the weeks, which to me is super weird.

Today I had again a bit longer shift than usual, and hence the in the middle of the night blogging (it's getting close to 1am here in Finland). Tomorrow, we plan on going gift shopping so after I'm done with this I have still plan the clothes for it. (And yeah, I'm getting a bit control-freaky here...)

Anyway, today I'm sharing an outfit from last month (before the really cold weather) that I really, really liked a lot and would love to wear again in spring.

Pretty girly look, and again I'm pursuing my new-found love for burgundy. I also love the cut out sleeves here, they are so awesome. I think this whole thing would look better if I were a color of a normal person instead of being white as a sheet, but hey, that's how I look in the winter. Totally unhealthily pale. And I'm healthy here, I swear.

But what do you all think about this look? Yay or nay?

Now, I need to be off to pick the look for tomorrow and then to enjoy episode or two of Gossip Girl (yeah, still into it, but what you gonna do) before bed.

Have a lovely day! ♥

Blog ya later,

xoxo

Autumn Florals

Heya babes!

How are you all doing? ♥

I'm just preparing for a night out with boys, but I thought I'd come to say a quick hello to you in a form of an outfit post.

This one was something I wore last month, when the weather was still pretty warm. Today hasn't been too bad either, so I get to wear my new little white dress (seen here) when we go out.

But anyway, here's my take on how to wear floral print in Autumn:

A little more girly look than usual, and very different hairstyle than I tend to sport. Nevertheless, I kinda liked this look. The nails didn't really go for this look, but they're a whole another story. (More on that next week...)

But, what do you think about this look? How do you wear florals in Autumn? ♥

Now, I gotta rush so that boys don't have to wait me ;) But I'll be back soon!

Have a lovely weekend ♥

Blog ya later,

xoxo
